This is a salvation place of seven 'Balbhadra' (name of balbhadre is Vijaya, Achal, Sudharma, Suprabh, Nandi, Nandimitra, Sudarshan) and eight million Jain saints. The hill has 450 steps. There are 3 Caves with Digambar Jain idols on the hill and 2 Digambar Jain Temples. The caves are also know as 'Chamar Leni Caves', as marked by Google. The Map shows the exact location of Gajpantha.
Masrul village is 6 km. far from Gajpantha. Here a very beutifull jain temple named 'Samavsharan' Jain temple. Main idol of this temple Lord Mahaveer in sitting posture (2.1 feet in hight) was installed in 1945. On left side of this idol is Lord Adinath in sitting posture (2.1 feet hight). Except thees two idols there are another 31 idols which made by metal. On this temple there is seven idols more. In front of this temple the Column of Dignity is also installed.
There are three beautiful jain temple more on bottom of hill.
(i) Main idol Parshvanath in sitting posture and 10.4 feet in hight was installed in Vikram Samvat 1937.
(ii) Lord Padamprabh in sitting posture (1.5 feet hight) and on right side Lord Vasupujya was installed in Vikram samvat 2433.
(iii) Jain Cave Temple - Lord Parshvanath in sitting posture and 4 feet in hight.
