This place has seen the Garbha, Janam, Tap and Gyan Kalyanak's of Bhagwaan Munisuvratnath. Also this place is where the 1st 'divyadwani' of Bhagwaan Mahavir took place.
The hills comprise of Vipulachal, Ratnagiri, Udaygiri, Arungiri (Swarnagiri) and Vaibhavgiri hills. There are 10 Jain temples on the hills. Numerous Muni have attained Nirwan here, hence is a Siddha Kshetra.
A 12 feet high idol of Munisuvratnath bhagwaan has been installed at Lal Mandir ground under the guidance of ganani pramukh Gyanmati Mataji.
